“I have deeply appreciated this Cosmic Light Meditation. It has been extremely soothing, balancing and nourishing for my heart, light field and nervous system. Gracefully conveyed by Ka'ala's voice and calmness, the energy was extremely subtle, and still is relaxing and restful. As this programme activated, I felt it strongly through my being like a huge wave of light, and this is even with a very large crystal altar of light already in my home that is holding very high levels of light.
